Elbha, a seasoned registered dietitian with 20+ years of experience, joined Nutritics in 2022. Holding memberships in the UK Health Professional Council, the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute, and CORU. Elbha spearheads our innovative division, Knowledge Labs, which provides support to the hospitality sector on food-related sustainability, wellbeing, and food legislation. Her passion lies in empowering individuals within this sector, promoting positive impacts that harmonise with both planetary and personal health objectives.
Laura is the Sustainability Lead at Nutritics and holds a PhD in Sustainable Diets from University College Dublin. She is a registered nutritionist (ANutr) and has worked for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and for the European Food Information Resource (EUROFir). She was vice chair of the Sustainable Health Systems committee of the European Health Parliament and is passionate about the role of technology in the transition to sustainable business.
